What if my Tickets get Lost, Stolen or Turn out to be Fake?

If you misplaced your hard copy of the tickets that you purchased, you may be able to reprint them again from your email. However, if you lose your tickets in a public place where people might find and use your lost tickets, you will have to deal with the ticket Vendor directly through their customer service. The ticket vendor customer service line is also a good place to go if you think your ticket may have been stolen. It is good to keep your paper tickets in a safe secure place. If you have a virtual ticket always download the ticket app ahead of time so you can open and review your ticket before the show. The one time I failed to do this things went very wrong and I almost missed the entire Pitbull concert. This is the time to check if things look off with your ticket. I also like to screen shot my conformation email, to have that on hand when I am at the show. Most shows also have a ticket support station right inside the venue.

If you have become a victim of ticket fraud or counterfeit tickets you can report it to:
